Once you have seen the property that you wish to apply for, we will send you our Application Process Sheet which asks for further personal information and proof of ID, proof of your address, Bank statements and information on your present Landlord. We also ask you to pay a £200 holding fee which is refundable if your application does not proceed. You can either pay this direct to our Bank Account or use your Debit Card.
Our process is quick and easy and lets us give you a decision within a short space of time whether or not your application for a tenancy has been acceptable.
When it comes to repairs, we are very quick off our mark. We have been Tenants ourselves over the years and appreciate how annoying and frustrating it can be when something breaks down and we promise you that you will see a refreshing change when it comes to time scales for any replacement items or repairs.
