Step 1 – Letting Valuation
A member of the lettings team will meet you at the property in order to give you information as to what is required to get your property ready for marketing and give you an indication of the rental value of the property.
Step 2 – Preparing the Property
The property must meet the Repairing Standard of the Housing Scotland Act 2006 and comply with current safety regulations. PPL can arrange for any maintenance work to be carried out prior to letting and will also arrange a Landlord Gas Safety, EICR, PAT, Legionella Test and EPC if required.
Step 3 – Marketing and Letting the Property
We know that every property, landlord and tenant is different and so we tailor our service to meet your needs. The lettings team will manage the following;
