From time to time it is likely you will need to contact PPL to report a maintenance issue. Please phone the office on 0131 337 7539 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or contact us at email@example.com.
If you are experiencing an emergency with your property, such as a gas or water leak please call PPL immediately or call the relevant number below:
Please check that the pressure on your boiler it topped up and sits between 1.5 and 2 bar. You can find information on how to do this on Google and YouTube. Whilst an engineer may be able to attend and attempt to resolve the problem, there may be a delay in obtaining parts depending on when the call out occurs.
Please check your fuse board and make sure no fuse has tripped the system. Please also check with neighbours to ascertain that it is not a full outage in the area. If it is, please contact Scottish Power on 0800 092 9290. If the problem appears to be in your property only and is causing immediate concern, please contact our electrician who may be able to attend and attempt to resolve the problem.
If the lock to your property has broken and you are unable to gain entry or you are unable to secure your property, please contact the locksmith. If you have lost your keys and are unable to make other arrangements until our office opens, the locksmith will be able to attend but you will be held liable for the cost of the call out and any parts required.
If there is a broken window pane, a window is not secure or there is a problem with your front door, please contact our emergency joiner who may be able to attend and attempt to resolve the situation.
